the Ministry of Transport honored a number of distinguished workers on the occasion of International Labor Day.
The Minister of Transport, Amer Al-Marani, considered, in the honoring, which was attended by the ministry’s agents and advisors, and the heads of the Civil Aviation and Meteorological Authority, Dr. Muhammad Abdul Rahman, and the regulation of land transport affairs, Walid Al-Wadaei, honoring the distinguished employees, in honor of all workers in the various transport sectors.
He referred to the role of workers in moving the wheel of the national economy despite the attempts of aggression to paralyze development in various sectors, stressing that the workers proved through their continuation in their work despite the difficult circumstances that they are on the side of the heroes of the army and the people's committees in confronting the aggression and its tools.
Minister Al-Marani urged the workers to exert more efforts in order to enhance and develop the work of the Ministry of Transport and its affiliated bodies and institutions.
He explained that the Ministry of Transport will work during the coming period, with the cooperation of everyone, technically, professionally and administratively, to modernize and advance its sectors in accordance with plans and methodological studies
