The General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs was established to provide its services to citizens and investors, in implementation of the political leadership's directives, which paid great attention to the land transport sector as one of the tools for sustainable development. Consequently, we have been keen in the authority to provide the necessary information to those involved in a manner that facilitates the process of exchanging information and receiving notes, complaints, consultations and proposals in order to develop performance. We are confident that the public is the eye with which we see flaws. We hope everyone will not skimp on us with their suggestions and comments

Discussing the Mechanism of Applying the Axial Weight Law for Road Protection [26/June/2021]
A meeting in Sana'a today, headed by Minister of Transport Amer Al-Marani, discussed the mechanism of implementing the pivot weight law to preserve the main road network and between cities from overloads.
The meeting, which was attended by the head of the Roads Maintenance Fund, Eng. Nabil Al-Haifi, reviewed the damage caused to roads as a result of excessive loads of heavy trucks and the resulting losses.
The Minister of Transport stressed the importance of activating the axial weighing stations on the main roads, to preserve the road and bridge network, pointing out the importance of maintaining roads as a lifeline and linked to various service and humanitarian aspects.
He pointed to the great losses incurred by the state in the restoration of roads annually as a result of their deterioration due to neglect of the axial weighing stations and the raids of the aggression and others.
The Minister of Transport stressed the need for coordination between the authorities related to the application of the axial weight law to overcome the problem of road wear and tear due to excessive loads.
For his part, the head of the Roads Maintenance Fund indicated that the continuation of excessive loads portends catastrophic risks to the road network.

Al-Junaid discusses with the Minister of Transport the ministry’s plan for the second phase of the National Vision [09/June/2021]
The Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs, Head of the Executive Office of the National Vision Administration, Mahmoud Al-Junaid, discussed today with the Minister of Transport, Amer Al-Marani, the ministry's plan for the second phase of the national vision for building the state.
The meeting, in the presence of the head of the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs, Walid Al-Waadi, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Financial Affairs, Adel Al-Madani, touched on the priorities of the ministry's work in the aspects of administrative reform.
Al-Junaid stressed the importance of the strategic role played by the Ministry of Transport and its bodies and institutions during the current stage of the national vision to bring about the desired transformation.
He noted the important steps taken by the Ministry of Transport during the first interim plan and the administrative reforms aimed at strengthening institutional work, improving services and operations, and building the capacity of cadres.
He pointed out the necessity of providing the basic requirements and addressing the difficulties, so as to enable the ministry to carry out its role and perform its tasks.
The Deputy Prime Minister praised the role of the Ministry of Transport and its affiliates in serving the citizens despite the aggression and the siege targeting the capabilities of the Yemeni people, including the transport sector.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Transport indicated that the ministry is currently working on implementing the national vision plans that will improve the services it provides to citizens, with a focus on human development as an essential foundation for the advancement of work.
He praised the efforts of the leadership of the Executive Office of the National Vision Administration in creating movement and interaction in various state institutions during the first phase of the National Vision.
